Calm, clear pages for medicines, contacts, appointments, hospital stays and power of attorney. Ready when a nurse, a paramedic or your sibling asks.
When it helps
Care information is usually scattered across drawers, letters and phones. The organiser keeps the answers together, with a page for each moment.

How it works

The quick-start guide walks you through the emergency sheet, medicines, contacts and personal details first.
Our story
Steady Care Prints began with something I kept noticing. When an older or very unwell person needs more care, their family is asked for the same things again and again: a medicines list, the GP's details, recent appointments, and who holds power of attorney.
That information is rarely in one place, and it's usually needed at the most stressful moments. So I created the organiser I wished every family had: calm, clear pages that keep the essentials together and ready to grab.
Every page is written in plain English and designed for UK families, so you can focus on the person you're caring for.
Questions
No. It's a personal record to help you stay organised. Always follow the guidance of your parent's doctors, pharmacist and other professionals.
Most pages do, but this is the England and Wales edition. Power of attorney works differently in Scotland and Northern Ireland, so the power of attorney page may not match your situation there.
Typing works best on a computer or tablet in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some phone and browser viewers don't save typed text, so check yours before filling in many pages.
No, on purpose. Amounts and eligibility rules change, so the care and support tracker points you to GOV.UK, your council, Carers UK or Age UK to check before you apply.
